Are you passionate about storytelling, social media, and making an impact? Do you love creating engaging content that inspires and informs? CityHeART is looking for a Digital Storytelling Volunteer to help amplify our mission and share the incredible work we do with our community.
What You’ll Do:
As a CityHeART Digital Storyteller, you’ll craft meaningful content that highlights CityHeART’s core programs, volunteer efforts, fundraising initiatives, and the resources available at our Resource Hub. Each week, you’ll create social media posts, write brief online narratives, and design graphics that showcase the work being done, elevating the mission and impact of CityHeART.
What We’re Looking For:
âś… A creative individual with an eye for design, writing, and social media strategy
âś… Someone who wants to use digital media to make a difference in the community
âś… A self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines
âś… Basic familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and/or Google Docs (or willingness to learn)
Your Weekly Impact:
📅 Monday – Feature one of CityHeART’s core programs (YOUConnect, Art from Ashes, HeART of Survival) through a blog or social post.
📅 Tuesday – Highlight available resources and urgent needs at the Resource Hub to help those seeking support.
📅 Wednesday – Spotlight volunteers and encourage others to get involved.
📅 Thursday – Share CityHeART’s work in action, focusing on program updates and milestones.
📅 Friday – Celebrate community support and organization sustainability efforts, ensuring continued support for our mission.
