Hi everyone!
My name is Martine, and I’m an exchange student from Norway. I’m currently doing my internship at CityHeART.
Back home, I study social work / child welfare. I’m very interested in gaining a broader understanding of how social work is practiced in different settings and cultures.
During my time at CityHeART, I’m especially looking forward to gaining more practical experience in areas such as individual support, empowerment, and person-centered approaches. Values that align closely with what I’m studying and what I care about.
I really appreciate CityHeART’s focus on providing care, support, and opportunities for individuals, and I’m looking forward to contributing where I can while learning from everyone here.
Outside of work and studies, I enjoy traveling, spending time with friends, and exploring new places. Especially trying local cafés and discovering hidden spots around the city.
