CityHeART’s Art from Ashes Program is an expression and celebration of lived experiences.
It’s a multimedia platform for individual empowerment and community healing. We practice the art of creating and holding space for others to share their own story, rather than being in the business of telling it for them.
We do it this way because we believe that you are the expert of your own story and because we also believe that when you share your story with others, the world around you gets a little bit stronger, a little bit brighter.
This is how we wholeheARTedly love our city and tell its stories across all of our Art from Ashes publications and public-facing showcases, performances, and storytelling events.
