If you’ve been impacted by the fires and need support, CityHeART is here for you. Through our HeART to Home program, we’re offering assistance with essential resources, connections to long-term support, and access to additional services.

- HeART to Home Packs: Thoughtfully prepared bundles of essential items and resources tailored to meet your immediate needs.
- physical items including hygiene, clothing, blankets, personal care items, etc. as well as food, pet supplies if needed, and anything else you might need.
- our team is willing to purchase or seek donations of anything that is needed at this time, so please just let us know if there is something needed — no ask is too big, we are happy to pursue whatever you might need during this time.
- Resource Navigation: Personalized guidance to help you connect with critical services and navigate the complex systems of aid.
- On-Site Support: Compassionate care coordinators and case managers available to come to you, meet you where you are, and offer assistance as you take your next steps; this would support connection to resources and services such as mental health, housing, healthcare, and the like.
