Hello, my name is Sarah!
I’m a senior undergraduate at Cal State Long Beach, majoring in psychology. My passion is helping and supporting others with mental health, and I plan to pursue an LPCC in mental health counseling. I’m currently completing my internship at CityHeART, where I plan to gain experience in providing support, building therapeutic connections, and learning how creative and community-based approaches can foster healing.
Outside of my studies, I like to listen to music, specifically the ’80s, exploring new matcha places, and spending time with my cuddly dog, Benji.
I’m excited to be in this new journey and to continue growing both personally and professionally as I work toward becoming a compassionate and attuned mental health professional.
