Our crew rocked that 4am volunteer life with smiles and lots of layers … it was a chilly morning, but the sunrise was gorgeous, and the community seemed in high spirits for annual count.
We spoke with several individuals who were out and about in the early a.m. and we had the opportunity to learn a little about their lives, their needs, their housing scenarios.
Stay tuned for a follow-up, roundtable discussion with a few folks from the CityHeART team and hopefully some friends from the City Homeless Services team about the annual Point in Time Count, the process, and the questions on the survey.
