The Expressive Arts Collective of Long Beach is hosting a FREE Music & Imagery Group in Long Beach for helping professionals and those who are just curious about music & imagery during the next six Wednesdays this fall at 7pm starting October 25. Using Focused Music Imagery (FMI) through short guided music and imagery, explore imagination, inner creativity, and engage with like-minded people to deepen your self care and growth.
No music or art experience required! Potential group members may engage in an individual intake meeting, learn more about the group, and be invited to participate if spots are available. Group members should plan on attending all 6 sessions.
