That’s the theme of this episode of Talk to Me Tuesday … I am so tired of trying so hard to engage in productive and meaningful conversations, work groups, meetings, forums, etc. where everyone shows up to WORK except maybe one person … one person who refuses to listen to anything anyone else has to say. No single person has ALL the answers. Everyone at the table has a voice worth listening to, worth respecting, and worthy of your time.
We can disagree without interrupting, shutting each other down, and tuning each other out. Please. Listen to one another. It matters.
