How To Create A Yearly Vision Board & Bingo Card
New beginnings and changes can happen anytime you’d like; it doesn’t have to happen at the new year. However, I can’t help but get excited about a new year as I always view it as a clean slate. That being said, there is a lot of pressure in achieving these goals, and it can get overwhelming. One way I continue to stay motivated in achieving my goals is by making it fun and creative. I like to create a vision board to put images of goals I want to complete by the year through a collage. Creating a bingo card is also a fun visual way to envision your goals for the year.
Making A Vision Board
To first create a vision board, you need to collect various images of what you want your life to LOOK like. This can be physical or digital! For example, if you want to travel, pick a picture of your dream location! The same goes for your relationships, finances, fitness, and more. It will basically look like a collage.
How does this make a difference? At least for me, I find myself more motivated at an image than a sentence. If I can see a picture of New York, I can more easily imagine myself there or want to be there.
Making A Bingo Card
Now for bingo cards! Each square will be a goal you want to complete. Now, it’s up to you as to how many squares (aka goals). To make it more realistic for myself, I did 3 by 3 rows to equal 9 goals.
As for goals, it can be ANYTHING you want. It can be serious or fun goals! To add in a rewarding factor, you can give yourself a reward once you get a bingo!
